Our Trade Counter at Chelmsford is open for collections & deliveries during the following hours:-
Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.30pm
Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
Closed weekends
FREE parking for customers



 

Deliveries 
We offer FREE local delivery within a 30-mile radius of our Essex based central warehouseon our own transport for orders above £50.00 net.
Nationwide deliveries are available via CITY LINK for a small additional charge, services include: next working day, timed delivery and a Saturday morning service.
If necessary we can also arrange for goods to be shipped directly from our suppliers.


Service & Repair Facilities
Our service centre offers first class servicing & repair facilities for customer's own equipment (including machinery under warranty). All work is carried out by factory trained technicians with portable electrical equipment PAT tested prior to being returned. We will also provide you with a detailed repair estimate prior to carrying out any repairs.
For your convenience we can arrange to collect equipment from your premises (subject to being adequately packaged) & return it back to you once it has been repaired.
